Garbage Cats Entertainment is made up of three long term friends and shorter term indie devs. Freya is based in Austin, TX while Matt and Jess are based in Anaheim, CA. We’ve always loved quirky strategy and resource management games, and are excited about developing games in lesser explored areas of that design space.
